Startup and commissioning of powder mixing line
The customer needed support to speed-up the startup and commissioning of the new powder mixing line. They needed support for trouble shooting and expertise regarding powder handling, mixing. Also, an expert was required for the Atex questions that pop-up, to give a solid advice regarding the Atex requirements for this type of lines.
In this installation several raw materials coming either from bulk or big-bag and are dosed according recipe and mixed. After mixing the product is send to the packaging department. A proper evaluation of the ATEX requirements was required by the client.
The process
We provided hands-on support to accelerate the startup and commissioning of the powder mixing line.
Acting as intermediaries between the supplier and the customer, we facilitated communication, identified the root causes of startup issues, and proposed effective solutions to resolve them.
A primary focus was to ensure the required line efficiency and reached the agreed performance targets.
In the second phase, we delivered specialized ATEX expertise to address compliance issues. This involved bringing the installation up to the required ATEX standards and ensuring all necessary documentation was completed and properly aligned with regulatory requirements.
