Implementation of HAZOP issues
A HAZOP study was conducted at the customer site, resulting in a list of actions requiring investigation to address potential issues. We developed a plan to mitigate these risks or bring them to an acceptable level, working closely with the customer’s team.
The process
We reviewed the items listed in the HAZOP report, which was conducted by the plant team together with a facilitator.
We proposed solutions to reduce the hazards and bring each item to an acceptable risk level.
Process Engineering NL carried out the detailed engineering and all related technical work as required, including project realization planning and budget estimation.
All activities were performed in close cooperation with the customer’s project team.
