Case story
Inline slurry mixing installation
The customer wanted an inline continuous mixing installation for powders and fluids for a food related application. Raw materials and ingredients are coming from bulk, big-bags or bags, are manual handled and dosed automatically according recipe. This results in a continuous slurry flow, which is buffered before being pumped to the next stage in production. The entire system is designed to meet hygienic standards, making it fully suitable for food industry requirements. All wet parts are connected to a dedicated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system for efficient cleaning. The system operates fully automatically, is recipe-driven, and ensures high dosing accuracy.
