Case story
Inline continuous dough mixing installation
The customer required an inline continuous mixing system for powders and liquids, designed for a food-related application. Raw materials and ingredients are sourced from bulk containers, big bags, or small bags, and are handled manually before being automatically dosed according to the recipe. This process results in a continuous dough flow, which is inspected for foreign materials before being transferred to the next processing step.
The entire system features a hygienic design, compliant with food industry standards. All wetted components are connected to a dedicated CIP (Clean-in-Place) system.
The installation is fully automated, recipe-controlled, and ensures high dosing accuracy throughout operation
