Process Engineering is Denmark’s Best Senior Workplace

On April 3rd, Denmark’s Best Workplaces® 2025 were announced at Great Place to Work’s annual award show. Process Engineering was named Denmark’s Best Workplace® for Seniors and also ranked 29th on the list of best workplaces in the 50-499 employees category.
This is the fifth time we participate in the Great Place to Work survey and the second time we are nominated as the best senior workplace. We won this award in 2023.
We are incredibly proud and happy to once again win the award and title of Denmark’s Best Workplace® for Seniors. It is an amazing result that everyone in the company has helped to achieve. Process Engineering’s most important resource is its employees, and therefore it is important for us to create conditions that motivate contributions to our growth and development, regardless of the life stage of the employees.
Best Workplace for Seniors
The Great Place to Work survey, which forms the basis for the award as the best senior workplace, shows that 41% of employees are over 55 years old, and 100% of employees believe that everyone is treated fairly regardless of age. Additionally, we have a recruitment policy free of age discrimination – because skills are more important than age. Similarly, we have an active senior policy that ensures tailored employment conditions for seniors, who need and desire an adapted work life
