Process Engineering has been nominated as one of Denmark’s Best Workplaces

On Thursday, April 3rd, Denmarks Best Workplaces® 2025 will be annonced at Great Place to Work’s annual award show. Process Engineering is nominated in the category of 50-499 employees as well as for the special award “Denmark’s Best Workplace® for Seniors”.
This is the fifth time we participate in the Great Place to Work survey and the second time we are nominated as the best senior workplace. We won this award in 2023.
We are incredibly proud to be nominated once again as Denmark’s Best Workplace and as Denmark’s Best Workplace for Seniors. The Great Place to Work survey is an important tool for us, and we use it to gauge how employees perceive the workplace. This year, we received an overall score of 95% for being a great place to work, and being nominated as one of Denmark’s Best Workplaces shows that we are doing something right.
Involvement is the way forward as the best workplace
As consulting engineers, our most important resource consists of the employees and the knowledge and service they provide to customers. Therefore, the management places great emphasis on involving the employees. Based on the survey, the company actively works with all input together with the employees. Additionally, we focus heavily on creating cohesion across the organization through knowledge sharing, courses, social initiatives, and joint events.
