It is with great pleasure that we can announce that we have been appointed as the main project manager of Q-Meieriet’s “Project Spadestik” – Expansion of Q-Meieriet Jæren.
Q-Meieriet at Klepp is investing NOK 700 million in a new dairy plant in order to enhance innovation. The investment in the Klepp Station includes expansion and development of production and offices, a process plant incl. filling and packaging machines and a CIP plant for liquid milk (ESL) as well as production of sour products and a supply plant for cooling and heating recycling. The existing dairy plant has to move to a new platform for control system and operation. The completed plant must be climate-neutral as well as fossil-free and emission-free, and it is expected to be completed by December 31, 2020.
The new order for Process Engineering Norge A/S is an agreement that covers the need for professional project management of the extensive expansion until start-up of production in the expanded dairy plant.
The main focus for the project manager is to manage HMS, time schedules and finances in order to complete the project on time, on budget and without any personal injuries.
