Inge Dorte has a degree in languages and has later undergone further training within coaching, HR and management. For the past 20 years, she has worked with HR in financial institutions and the legal industry, and has also been self-employed.
She will work closely with everyone in Process Engineering, whether it is individual development, team development or the very specific assurance that we do things properly in relation to laws and regulations in the field of employment.

Inge Dorte Mandrup will, among other things, strengthen Process Engineering A/S’ competencies within recruitment and support of our employee and managers. In general, she focuses on creating great working conditions so the employees are satisfied with their jobs and thereby contribute to creating value for the customers.
