Esben Bjerg Karstoft

Esben Bjerg Karstoft has a degree as Cand.Merc in International Business from Aarhus University, and for several years he has worked with both management, recruitment, Employer Branding and development. Esben has executive experience from Restaurant Flammen where he, among others, was responsible for the opening and day-to-day operations of their first restaurant in Copenhagen. Later he was employed at Norlys for four years, where he primarily worked with recruitment and later as HR consultant with a focus on change management, sparring, Employer Branding, recruitment and development. Most recently he comes from a position as HR Business Partner at Nic. Christiansen Group where he was sparring partner and a part of managing groups and advisory boards across the group. At NCG he worked with everything from recruitment and Employer Branding to change management, coaching, competence development and culture and organization development.
