Andreas Baatrup

Andreas Baatrup is a process engineer at our department in Aarhus. Andreas has an education as a mechanical engineer and started his career as an aircraft mechanic within the Danish Air Force. Andreas was introduced to process design from his early childhood through his father, Karsten Baatrup, who is an experienced process engineer and founder of the company Design2Dairy. Andreas has been involved in the cheese project Olympus at Arla Foods Branderup and the fermentation project at Remilk. Finally, he was responsible for the stress analysis on the capacity expansion of Arla Foods Ingredients.
