The recruitment process
We always hire the most qualified candidates for our open positions. When you apply for a position with us, we process your information to assess your suitability for the role. All applications are thoroughly evaluated, and candidates are selected for interviews based on their skills and experience.
We greatly appreciate the time candidates spend preparing their CVs and applications. That’s why we prioritize providing all applicants with feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are invited to an interview, we will take a deeper look at your CV and application, which will be used in the ongoing recruitment process. We use personality profiles during recruitment to ensure that our new employees are a good fit for our culture. During the interviews, we focus on creating an open and respectful dialogue, where we discuss your professional qualifications, your motivation for joining Process Engineering A/S, and your alignment with our company culture.
We take care of your data
At Process Engineering A/S, we handle your personal data responsibly and securely. We only collect the information necessary for the recruitment process and delete it when it is no longer relevant.
We process your data in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when you have submitted it to us yourself. If we collect public information from social media, it is done under the legitimate interest basis in Article 6(1)(f).
