Recruitment process

The purpose of collecting personal information about you during the recruitment process is to evaluate whether you are a qualified candidate for an available position. When you apply for a position with Process Engineering, we receive and process a range of information about you. This makes us responsible for your data.

We evaluate the application

We specifically evaluate every applicant’s qualifications in relation to the position. Once we have read the applications, our top candidates are selected for interview(s). Candidates who are not selected at this stage are notified of this.

When we have selected you for an interview

During the interview we receive further information from you. We use this information through the continued recruitment process.

Information from social media

During the recruitment process for positions that are focused on client and third party relations it may be relevant for us to perform a search on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). We do this in order to evaluate whether you have a profile that will match Process Engineering as well as the position in question.

All applicants will receive a reply to their application whether it is positive or negative.

All personal data are deleted when the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled.
